How long does it take to get?
Almost all our designs are stocked and are typically sent out within a week. However, we ask for 2 weeks shipping and handling time for all domestic orders.
Do you offer other shirt sizes?
Simply speaking, yes. We work directly with professional screenprinters that can custom-make any order. If you would like a larger or smaller shirt that is not listed here, please contact info@chitownclothing.com.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
It is best to wash our Chicago T-shirts inside out and in cold water. It is also a good idea to hang-dry the shirts, but this is not necessary.
Do you accept credit cards?
Our Chicago T-shirt company accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Customers are also able to purchase shirts through PayPal.
Do I need PayPal to purchase a shirt?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase a T-shirt. However, if you do decide to use PayPal, please make sure your address information is updated. If it’s not updated, we will send your shirt to the wrong place and that will not be good for anybody!
Is this store secure?
Chitown Clothing uses PayPal for payments, which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
If you received a faulty Chicago t-shirt or an item that doesn't fit properly from Chitown Clothing, we would be happy to provide you with an exchange or a new shirt within 30 days of purchase. Simply email info@chitownclothing.com and inform us of the problem.
